the paid-for use of Kibo

I picked up JAXA again. They've accepted offers from the public for the paid-for use of Kibo. I read the newspaper this morning repoted that they aimed at the building the nonfree way first because of resisting criticism of much injection of our money.

They should think over how to use it profitably. It's not necessary that they rush to make a paid-for scheme. They also have to show the appropriate themes to use Kibo. Resources, foods and environmental issues seem to be acceptable, I suppose.

Now I can't access the JAXA web site. Probably a lot of people want to see the video of the earth from the moon and are tying to visit the site.
